Shipping Information
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
1. Processing time
Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
2. Shipping Time
Ship to United States: 3-5 workday. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/USPS/Fedex.
Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
Please Noticed:
We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.
Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.
Shipping methods and costs
We ship via DHL or FedEx, with delivery time ranging from 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please refer to the checkout page for shipping times.
Free shipping on U.S. orders of $49 or more; otherwise, a flat $6 shipping fee applies.
Processing Time
It will take 2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link, which may take up to 12-48 hours to update. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check your junk/spam or promotions folders.
Package Loss, Damage
All the packages are shipped directly from our factory coming with tracking and delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for the performance of the carriers. Still, we will assist our customers with any damage or loss in third-party shipping services, feel free to contact us through email at service@sunosh.com. To further investigate this issue, please contact the couriers at your earliest convenience.
P.O. box, Military Base
Military addresses (APO, FPO) and PO Boxes cannot be delivered. Please include a physical address at the time of checkout.
